I'm having trouble when viewing the videos in these tutorials. The audio is horrible - kind of herky-jerky. I have tried out other audio from various websites and they all play normally. Does anybody else have this problem? Or know how to fix it?
Hmm, that doesn't sound good, but I'm not having any trouble with the tutorials' audio. Which tutorials specifically are you looking at? And which browser are you using? How's your connection?
Thanks, Kim. That's pretty strange. Can you take a look at the below tutorial and let me know if the audio is off. It sounds perfect to me and my colleague:
Perhaps relaunching the browser might fix it. I used to have similar occasional issues with Chrome, and closing and relaunching usually did the trick.
I know Google had some issues earlier today that resulted in some slowness. However, I use Chrome for my primary browser and I'm able to hear the audio in that tutorial, it sounds pretty clear for me.
Have you tried restarting your machine or attempted to view the tutorials in another browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari)?
You might also want to check to make sure you have the latest installation of Flash.

I use Google Chrome. Connection is great. Audio is fine on other websites, iTunes, etc.

Yes, it sounds strange. It's staticy in a rhythmic way. I have no idea what's going on with it!

Magic! It works in IE. Thank you so much for your help.
(I feel like I should have been able to figure that out! haha)
