The audio is not loading for a storyline 2 file. I looked in older saved files and saw that the audio is not loading for those either (I KNOW THEY worked before).
I tested to see if reimporting the audio would work. I opened a new storyline file, imported the same MP3 file, no audio is playing! What!!
Audio button is on and audio seems to be working on my computer.
Let us know what happens after the repair! And by all means, please feel free to share the .mp3 files and the .story file with us so we can test this on our end. You can share those with our Support Engineers here, and the'll work with you to get to the bottom of this!
Did you find a fix for your solution? I am having the same issue, IT completed a repair and it still isn't working. I just submitted a case to support.
I am experiencing this issue. I have been saving my projects to a network drive per company policy. Do you know, if I remove all audio files from the course and do a 'Save As' to the local C: drive, will I be able to move forward, or is the .story file corrupted in some way?

Hey Darby, that's certainly odd! Just to double check, are these files located on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive)? Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency. If it's still performing erratically on your local hard drive, a simple repair usually fixes the problem.

Hi Jillian,
Happy to help! Can you tell me a bit more about what's going on?
