I have created Storyline file in which i have added Scrolling Panel for one slide were i have inserted the swf of the captivate file as video. If i preview this slide the audio is heard properly, but after publishing the audio is not heard for the slide. I have tried out but no result.
The storyline use in Updated 8 and the machine is Win 7 and checking on IE 8 environment.
Can some one look into this and help out if there is some solution. Its urgent.
When you are testing this, are you doing so in the intended environment? Testing locally can have security issue which can cause various features to fail. Also, Have you tried this in any other browsers? It could be a security setting in the IE browser.
I have check this if the build is copied to local machine and apply Global settings the audio is not heard, but the global setting is not applied the audio is heard and plays properly. If we run the same course on review server the audio is not heard. Can you help me out with some solution. I am checking on Win7 IE 8,9, 10.

Hi Pratik,
Do you have a file you could share for me to test?
