We are have problems with several units in our course. We are using 360 to create our courses and publishing with HTML with flash fall back. We have testers indicating that audio sometimes does not play, specifically on the last slide where I'm submitting my results. Why is this happening. I need to resolve this ASAP.

Do you see this in publish only, or preview as well?
Are you publishing to the web or an LMS?
What versions of Chrome/IE are the testers using?
