Audio too quiet with SL 360 - WAV files

I have a Plantronics ear piece for my daily meetings. I record voiceover using Audacity APP. I convert to a WAV file. My Yeti Mic and headset brings a very clear result with adequate volume. Sounds great!
Once I insert the Wav file into SL360 and listen with my Plantronics ear piece, the volume is extremely quiet. Same result with multiple courses.
My concern is that my Users will experience the same with their own headsets or ear piece listening devices. I've had a few comments about it.
Have you experienced this? What is the reason? How do we remedy? Thank you.

Have you checked what the waveform looks like in audacity? Does the waveform look OK in Storyline? Maybe setting on your headset or volume in Windows
Good question --- In Audacity, the .aup looks fine. In Audacity, I can convert to WAV and then save to my local drive. When I insert the WAV into SL, I will say that it is practically a flat line.
I should add, that I use this ear piece for all other meetings, Teams, Web Ex---- audio is just fine. It's just using SL that is giving me the problem.
Hi Terra!
Thank you for those details! It's helpful to know that you only see this issue in Storyline and that other programs are compatible with your earpiece. I want our Support Engineers to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case. This will help us determine what is causing the snag and file a bug report if necessary. So it sounds like this is really not about my ear piece at all. What is happening is that when I insert the Wave file into SL, the WAV is near flat lined. This results in a very quiet sound. So no other User has experienced this?
Does the audio sound OK when you play it outside of Storyline using the earpiece?
Does it meet the audio requirements? May need to raise a support case.
