Is there a way that I can set up a process for an automated email to be sent to a specified email address on completion of an e-learning module/section? If so, how?! Thanks.
The attached story does need teh user to click a button to send the email, but can be used anywhere (including on your conclusion screen) to send a preformatted email.
Follow the directions on the left of the contact form slide to see how to change the address.
To change the email subject and content, that should be done in the JavaScript trigger.
If this helps you, please mark this as answered so others can learn from it to.
Thankyou very much Dennis for sharing this ......I was wondering if it would be possible to modify this script to function as a "submit results" feature that would include the Results.PassPercent variable.
Thanks very much for your response and apologies for not replying sooner, but this is my first day back at work since I posted this. I will give it a go today.
Thanks very much for this Dennis. I have tested it and it works. As you said, I will need to update the email subject and content, but the functionality works fine.

Hi John:
Yes, this can happen.
I have no time until the weekend.
Let me play around with it on the weekend and I'll upload a new story into this thread on Saturday or Sunday.
Not sure if Helen is still monitoring this thread, maybe she wants this as well?
Best Regards,
Dennis Hall
