I've noticed that some courses play automatically in chrome and others have a play button that needs to be pushed. Does anyone know why some have the play button and others don't? I'd like to keep the display consistent for the learners if anyone knows how to make that happen. I'm using SL3 and publish to HTML5. TIA!
Do you see the play button only in Chrome? Also, does the course have audio or video that's set to play automatically on the first slide?
Chrome recently changed the way it handles media autoplay where learners may now see a play button when they launch a course with audio or video on the first slide. Just click the play button to start the course, and the media should play as expected.

Let me know if that fits what you're seeing!
