I have 2 storyline files that I created during the beta versions that are failing. I just purchased a full version and when I try to open the files both from Storyline and directly from the folder location is hangs on "Upgrading recording..." and after about 5 minutes of processing it gives a big X for a video in the file and then closes SL completely. Is there a safe mode or someone that could try to open it if I uploaded it somewhere?
Hey Melissa, it might be best to open a support ticket for this one and upload your story file. The Articulate Support Engineers might be able to do some magic on the file.
Thanks again, that was where I was but wasn't sure since I couldn't upload anything. *Edit: I guess if I would have kept going I would have seen that I could.
