I've been editing test mode screen recordings. Now and then the Storyline screen flashes black before returning to normal. Is this normal or should I be concerned? I am saving work often just in case.
I sometimes see a flash when inserting a screen recording - but just to be safe, you'll want to save often, and maybe save a back up copy too (do a save as). Also, you'll want to double check that you're working on local project files as described here.
Thanks, Ashley. Yes, I'm working on local files. It must relate to screen recordings, because today I've been using screenshots instead and there have been no flashes at all. I'll keep saving often, just in case.
