Blurry screenshots in Storyline
I am disappointed with the use of screenshots in Storyline. I'm trying to explain the use of an online catalog, for which I need lots of excerpts from the original. Some as thumbnails, but also entire pages. But it is almost impossible to work with screenshots, they are all blurred. Changing the player settings does not provide a solution.
I used to write training courses in Power Point and it didn't matter what size the screenshot or the monitor used was. Why is this such a big problem in SL?
As I can see from the numerous contributions, many users feel the same way. Unfortunately I can't find a solution. What can I do?

The best solution is to capture the images at the size you will be using and do not resize. Ensure that your slide size is big enough to accommodate the images without needing to be resized or processed and ensure you capture at 96DPI

Hi Phil,
it's been a while since you posted this, but maybe you could help me.
What do you mean by "ensure you capture at 96dpi"?

Hi Martin,
I cannot speak for Phil, but 96 DPI refers to your Display Settings. If you're using Windows 10, it may look like percentages now, and 100% is recommended.
If you're looking for best practices on high-quality images in Storyline, I'd recommend taking a look at this:
Use Images and Videos That Don't Need to Be Resized
