actually I have a problem with the Built-in variable >Project.TotalSlides<. When in editing mode it shows the right number here 13 (see attached file). When in Preview-mode or after publishing it provides a wrong value (16).
there are a lot more than 13 slides in your template file. Have you created a file where you have selected certain slides from the template? It would have a file name xxx.story - that way someone can help you find the issue.
in fact I did select the slides to be counted = 13. And in editing mode the number shows up properly. Only when changing to preview mode or published the number increases to 16. For what ever reasons.
