Hi - I am considering adding some slides in my course for the learner to reflect on how they will apply the learning to their current role in the workplace. I am thinking of using an Essay Question or Short Answer
You could add the "print results" to a results slide that is tracking the survey - it'll allow the user to generate an HTML page of the questions/answers and then print a copy of it or choose to save the html file.
I know this thread is really old, but I'm trying to do the same thing in Storyline 360, and the "options" button is no longer available? Is it hidden somewhere? Is this still possible in Storyline 360? If not, this is a major oversight.
Also wanting to add the Print option after survey results. So, all you do is add the button at the bottom of the page and it will link all the question slides to the results slide and the learner can print out all of their Q & A?
You'll want to enable it from the Results slide options, and then it'll generate a new HTML page that the learner can choose to print or save as a PDF.
Also, check that the results slide is set to track all your questions to make sure they're included in the printable report.
Do I undestand correctly that, in case I don't track the question, they will not show in the report? Would a workaround be to track it but give it 0 points?

Thank you Ashley - I will give that a try!

Nevermind. Found it under the trigger options for the button to review answers.
Woo hoo!
Glad you were able to find what you needed Ruth :)

Hi Don,

Thank you. I will try it.

Hello Antje, and thanks for reaching out!
You're correct. You'll need to track the question for it to show on the report after clicking the print results button.
If you don't want to track the results, one workaround is to choose the Knowledge Check option in the quiz settings. Here's a 1-minute video on how I did that.
Looking forward to hearing if this works for you!
