Has anyone encountered this? I ask SL to insert a new slide and it came back with this error.. It just started doing this today. I closed out Storyline, made sure nothing was running and tried again- same results. Rebooted, same results. Then, I reran storyline.exe, which "repaired" Storyline. Opened it, tried to insert a slide in both an existing project and a new one. Same results. I looked on the site for any similar problems, but saw none. Does anyone have any ideas?
P.S. "More information....." shows nothing when clicked. I have to click "Continue" to continue; the rest of the tabs show what they should. It's only the "Templates" tab that causes the error.
You may want to delete any templates that you recently downloaded and then re-download them to your My Documents\My Articulate Projects\Storyline templates folder.

You may want to delete any templates that you recently downloaded and then re-download them to your My Documents\My Articulate Projects\Storyline templates folder.
Thank you, Gerry!! Sure enough, it was exactly the same issue. I deleted templates I downloaded late yesterday and life is good again.
