Hello, I just signed up for a free trial. I am able to download and install SL360, but every time I open the desktop app to log in, SL360 says I am offline and not connected to the internet. I'm definitely connected to the internet. I've restarted my computer twice and reinstalled SL360 twice, but continue to get the same offline message. Any suggestions? Ty!

Same issue here. I see all of these post with same issue but only responses that a support case has been open, can't find solution. Is this an ongoing issue? I cannot get into the app for the past two days. Please advise.

Except Network Endpoints link, is there any other way to resolve the Offline issue?
