Can't preview slides

Hi,
On one of my computers I can't preview slides or export them so that they are viewable. It's the same with all slides, empty or full of stuff. The same Storyline files work fine on my other computers. They all run the same version of Storyline. The latest version.
The files I export on the computer that doesn't work, can't be viewers on other computers either.
If I export on a computer that works, the computer than doesn't work can view it just fine.
It used to work. Just randomly stopped working the other day.

I can't preview slides or export them too. I'm using storyline 360

I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise you to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
