Can't see text in data entry field

Hello,

When I publish and type in the data entry field that I created, I don't see the text that I'm typing.  I'm supposed to, right?  If so, any idea what the problem might be?  Thanks.

Hi Donna,

You might want to check the formatting of the data entry field. Check out this tutorial. Scroll down to the section about "Changing font formatting" and try changing the font color to black. Publish and see if you're able to see the text in the field. You may also want to check the font style. Try setting it to an Articulate font, or Arial font. If this fixes the issue, you can follow the same steps to change the color to one that suits your needs.

What font are you using? It's possible that you're working with a font on your work computer that is not installed on your home computer. 

Also, if you attempt to type text into a Storyline object (text box, caption, button, etc) but nothing appears, it's likely that the Articulate fonts did not install properly. Please check out this article for solutions.
