I have a client that is creating a course in Rise and in the middle of the course, they want to "insert a video from Storyline" into the course. The video, however, is being done by a production company and will have animations and bullet lists , etc. I believe the only reason they are suggesting adding the video from Storyline is becasue they want me to add closed caption to the video. Can I add Closed caption to a Video file in Storyline? Or, does this have to be done by the production company itself?

I would recommend asking the production company to include CC text (line 21 data) into the video directly for the broadest cc viewership
