I created a course from a template we had designed for us and I didn't realise the text boxes and buttons had alternate text applied. So I happily copy and pasted throughout my project and now every text box and button reads the same thing when I run it through my accessibility software.
Is there a magical option to remove all alternate text for an entire project? Or am I going to have to go into the tab order for every slide and delete the alternate text?
Hi there, Sharna. While I love the image of you happily copying and pasting elements into your course, I don't like the idea of you unhappily modifying alternate text. It does need to be done for each slide object. Do you know if many objects are on slide master layouts? That may save you some time across the board!
Unfortunately, there isn't much on my master slides - so I'm making my way back through the last few projects and modifying each alt text.... And I've modified my template too so future courses won't suffer the same fate. So funny - I'm learning so much!
Aw, ok. Well, thanks for keeping a good sense of humor about it. I can really relate to learning things the hard way, and then never forgetting them going forward!
Please let me know if there's anything else we can help with!

Thanks so much for responding Crystal. :)
