When I try to copy a slide (either by CTRL-C or via context menu) and paste it to either the same scene or a different scene, nothing happens. The circular busy cursor displays for a second and then nothing. The only workaround is to duplicate the slide in Story View and drag it to the scene I want it.
I would like to retract this thread. Apparently, my Windows system was messing up and causing the copy/paste issue. After a reboot, the copy/paste function works as intended. Funny how it only messed with SL360.

Copy and paste is always a dicey proposition in SL. Duplicate is not a workaround. It always has been the best functioning option.
Sorry, not acceptable. If the interface allows you to right-click and choose Copy and then choose Paste, it ought to work.
