I noticed the problem in the same way you described - Classic player, browser maximized, Google Chrome.
I would just add that it seems like HTML5 is part of the issue. The reason I think it is happening in Google Chrome is the disabling of Flash in the newest versions.
Hey Jason. A little hello to let you know that we just released update 21 for Storyline 360! It includes new features and fixes - check them all out here.
One of the fixes addresses an issue where closed captions sometimes disappeared in HTML5 when using the classic player.
Here’s how you can update Storyline 360 to take advantage of everything the latest release has to offer. Let me know how you make out!

Does that description match what you're seeing, too? Do you see the captions come into view if you decrease the size of the browser window?

I am seeing the issue as you describe.
Thanks for confirming that, Jason.
Until we have a fix in place, you can work around the issue by locking the player at optimal size, or by switching to the modern player.
I'll keep you posted on our progress!
Thanks for the head's up!
