Michael has shared with you a method to update it after publishing (which is not supported by Articulate) so I also wanted to share where you would find it pre-publishing.
From the publish window, you can access this additional set of information:
The Title and Description are the same as what you entered on the Publish window; you can change the text here if you'd like.
When learners browse content in their Articulate Mobile Player library, the thumbnail below the Title field will appear for this course. By default, Storyline uses an image of the first slide in your course, but you can choose a different image for the thumbnail. Just click the blue text below the image. Then select a different slide, or click Picture from File and choose an image.
Author, Email, Website, Duration, Date, and Version appear on the content information cards in the Articulate Mobile Player library.
You'll have to ensure you're using the Classic Player when you publish and selecting the option to use the Articulate Mobile Player in the Publish Formats section.

Hello! I'm using SL 360. How do I find the properties mentioned in #3 above?

Here's where you can find that information in the AMP. Hope this helps!
