Is this happening in every Storyline file or just one particular file? If it's every file, I'd suggest conducting a repair of your Storyline software and ensure you're working with local project files. If it's just one particular file, you can try importing it into a new Storyline project and you'll want to ensure again that you're working with local project files, as working from a network or USB drive can cause erratic behavior.
