when I create a shape and then want to resize the height of the shape using the Format tools, the shape height adjusts from the bottom and not the top.
I tried rotating the shape 180, but it did not make any difference.
When I change the shape, I want the base of the shape to stay in the same place, and the top of the shape to reduce in height.
Thank you for your explanation. If you would like to see the functionality of this handled differently, I encourage you to submit a feature request here.
In the meantime, I would advise utilizing the snap-go sizing guides when you move your shape to be sure that they are lined up correctly.

Hi Darren! This is hard to follow without knowing what shape you are dealing with or what you are trying to accomplish Could you share a screenshot?
Here is a Screenshot of what I am trying to explain.
The box on the left is 200px high x 100px wide.
I copied the shape, pasted it and then placed it to the right beside the original. I then changes the height of the second shape just to 180px.
As you can see the shape adjusted on the bottom and not on the top.
My question was, how can I tell Storyline that I want the height changed from the top so that both of the bases of the shapes stay level?
