Is there anyway that I can update the email address that my licence is associated with? My articulate account uses a shared email address, however, I now would like articulate review comments and updates coming to my personal inbox. When I try to update account settings, it doesn't allow me to as I previously used a trial version associated with my personal email account. Any way around this?
You should be able to change your email address by logging into your account here Change the email address associated to your account and click Save. You can also try using different browsers to see if the issue you're experiencing is browser related.
If those won't get you to a resolution I suggest to submit a support case to the Articulate Team
Thanks for your recommendation, I did try to update the account settings but as I had a trail associated with my personal email, it wont let me change this one. I will reach out to the support team!
