Character Bundle Installation Location

I loaded Character Bundle 1 and it did not add any additional characters.

That is what I did. I have these icons when I launch Storyline 2.
Am I launching the wrong one? I usually click on Storyline 2.

That is how I downloaded it.    I have two icons on my desktop.  When I launch it I use Storyline 2  I have attached examples of each.  I also have old version of Articulate Present 09, quizmaker  and Engage 09.

Thanks for sharing the image Joan. Those are the image icons for Storyline 1 and Storyline 2. Assuming you would be utilizing Storyline 2, since it is the most recent product, you would need to check within the software when launched, click on Insert > Photographic Characters to see if installed. Is this what you are asking?

Hey Joan! I popped in to check on your case and realized I should have asked a few questions :) Looks like Vira was able to assist you.

For anyone following along, Atsumi is the only character included with the software and any other characters are parts of character bundles.
