Characterpack Install Jun 30, 2012 By Dennis Price I received the free character pack when purchasing Storyline (as Studio09 user). I downloaded it. I unzip it and it runs the Installshield Wizard At the screen where I must enter THE SERIAL NUMBER it freezes. I have tried both Storyline and Studio serial numbers and I have pasted it and entered it manually. No luck - please help... Dennis

I haven actually started using Storyline yet, so presumably it will be availabale for insert, but I would also like to use the characters in other presentations - e.g. Studio? D

My understanding of the licensing for these characters is that you are not allowed to use them in Studio or other presentation tools.

Hi Dennis - there is a Character button on the Storyline Toolbar that you use to insert the characters into your Storyline project.
My understanding of the licensing for these characters is that you are not allowed to use them in Studio or other presentation tools.
