Chat link - Talk.to

Hi everyone,
I had previously linked from Storyline 2 to my Zopim chat account using the method described bt Thomas Albright here. I now wish to change my chat account from Zopim to the entirely free Talk.to but I'm having trouble because the widget code does not provide an obvious iframe solution to use the video embed method Thomas describes.
I've tried embedding the code as a web object without success but have noticed that Talk.to has created a Javascript API.
Has anyone successfully embedded Talk.to from Storyline? If not, can someone who is more able than me to work out how to use the Javascript API so that I can create a live chat from a Storyline course I would be eternally grateful.

I'm not familiar with this set up or the previously used example of Zopim. You may want to reach out to Thomas directly in that thread to see if he has any other ideas or information on how to set up the example using a different tool. Please also keep us posted on what you find as it may help other folks who come across this forum discussion.
Just to let you know that I solved this problem. Unlike ZOPIM which is linked to via video iframe link, Tawk.to provides a URL which can be opened via a web object.
