Choppy Audio

I see there are some older posts about this issue. I have one file in a 15-min course that is choppy. I have not edited it at all. I tried deleting and reloading but it doesn't help. It's an mp3 that was professionally recorded and imported. I'm working in Articulate Storyline. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Hi. See below for the answers to your questions.

- Which version of Storyline are you using? 360
- Is this happening with more than one file or is this the only one? Only
1 file
- Are you working from a shared drive? If so, I recommend saving your
files on your local drive before creating, editing, and publishing them
.
This will help minimize any unexpected behavior. No, I never work from
a shared drive.
- When are you hearing the choppy audio? During editing? After
publishing? Both during editing and when reviewing on Review 360.
However, the file is clean when listened to independently of Storyline.
