cloze deletion test

Hi,

Is it possible to make cloze deletion test with drop-down choices for graded questions in Storyline? I need to build something like this:

Normally I would suggest that you explore the Matching drop-down quiz question type, but this question type is limited to 10 pairs and your screenshot shows more than that. You can always build your own custom (freeform) question.
