Hi, everyone. Has anyone had a problem where the characters or templates from Content Library won't download? I have a ticket open with Articulate, and they've given me several things for my IT department to check out. It's a long drawn-out process here because our IT guy works p/t right now. I was able to download some of the Velocity templates before, but now I just got an error on those too. "The template download did not complete successfully..."
I'm writing to see if anyone else has had success in clearing this problem and can share what the issue was. My 30-day trial is ticking away so this is very frustrating.
Sorry to hear the issues is continuing for you. Just checking on your case, have been able to check the Network Endpoints? If you did get a chance to check that, and the issue still persists, please feel free to respond to your case so we can continue to try and troubleshoot.
Thanks, Emily. I updated Bret yesterday so he knows what's going on. I reminded my staff about the network endpoints. I was hoping if nothing else to confirm that no one is having this issue. Sharing that with the team would be enlightening.
I wanted to update this so anyone interested would know. It was some type of an encryption issue that was easily taken care of once my IT department got to it. I'm all set. Thanks!
I can download videos, images, icons, but no templates or characters in Presenter 360 and Storyline 360. Can someone please advise as this was the reason we went to the 360 subscription. I have 8 of us unable to take advantage of the Content Library for templates, interactions and characters.

Glad you got this taken care of because I've had A360 for almost 3 months now and still cannot get this to work.
Would you mind sharing with me what "encryption issue" you ran into?

Did you have your team check the Network Endpoints? I don't know if Cheryl is subscribed here to share her specifics - but if you are still having difficulty after reviewing the Network Endpoints, our Support team is happy to help too!
