Hello, when searching the content library for images (Storyline 360), some images appear after search, but there are also spaces for what seems to be other images that I can't see. Not sure why I can't see anything in those spaces? Any idea why?
It sounds like all of the content may not be loading properly. Have you checked that you've enabled all network endpoints as detailed here?
If you'd like to work with the Support Engineers, they can take a look at all the system settings and anything else that could interfere the Content Library images.
