One of the elearning courses developed in storyline is published and launched the course for the target audience. This elearning is now being translated into different languages. While translating some special characters like this {bmp_6rLrw8UQzNI} are shown instead of words. The translation bit is being done by the client. Is there any setting we need to do in storyline before publishing it?
Hi Ranjeeta, I assume you have used the translate function in Storyline to export the file?
if so, then that file contains two columns, one with the text which you can translate, and the other, on the left, which is not meant to be edited, and just part of the word file "coding" so storyline knows here to put the text (very basically explained :)
