My client is uploading one of my Storyline 360 files. They have Cornerstone and are getting the error: "No valid files were encountered. Please confirm that you have the correct file path and try again."
The SCORM version is 1.2 and we have uploaded 8 other modules successfully to their LMS, so I am thinking that Cornerstone has done something.
Given that other, similarly published courses worked, it certainly seems like something happened to CornerStone.
Have you tried publishing to SCORM 2004?
My main client uses CornerStone, and I have to publish my courses to SCORM 2004, edition 3. I've heard that edition 4 seems to work, too, but I follow what the LMS folks tell me. Anyway, it's worth trying.
I'm curious if this was ever resolved? I have a client who is getting this same error when loading a SCORM 2004 2nd edition file into their Cornerstone LMS. I've verified through SCORM Cloud that the file works. Any suggestions?

Good luck!
Thank you, Judy! I have now tried SCORM 2004 version 2, but that didn't work, so they are contacting Cornerstone support.
I totally agree.
