Course evaluation questions and sending to LMS

Hi
I have spent all day trying to work this out from the training user manual and the articulate community and I am defeated!

At the end of my course, I want to ask the following evaluation questions and submit the answers (including the free text) to my LMS. I realise that I need to combine the questions in to a results slide as I can only send one submission to the LMS.

I want to create a quiz with three questions

- star rating out of 5 (which will be Likert I assume)
- a short answer survey question that asks why they gave that rating
-then another short answer survey question that ask "what three words would you use to describe the course?"


Once I know how to set up the slides, what complete course trigger do I need to tell my LMS that the course is complete?

Please can you help urgently as we are about to go live and I didn't realise this would be so complicated!

Hi Sue!

I'm excited to help! You'll want to track all questions using a Blank Results Slide. This will make sure that you can track how users answer any question.

I've recorded a short tutorial explaining how to do this. Here's the link.
