Hi I have courses running on an LMS and when I issue an update which is uploaded by administration I can only see the changes if I use Firefox. When I view the same course in IE I still see the old version of the course. I've tried deleting all browse history, cookies etc. But it is still showing the old course
This does sound like a cache issue. You may want to go through the Internet setting again and delete the Cookies, history and temporary internet files again. Please make sure the box the "preserve favorites website data" is not checked. Also, you can go under Internet Options/General/browsing History Settings, and select to check for newer versions of the stored pages every time I visit the webpage.
You would need to restart IE, and possibly even reboot the computer and see if there is still an issue.
I have had caching problems with IE, and clearing the cache only got half way there. I had to reboot the computer before I could preview the newer Storyline project.
