It looks as if you shared your published output and sharing your project file, .story file, is typically easier to help diagnose possible issues.
I would advise that you test your content in SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior. If so, it would be something that we would want to take a look at, but if not, you would need to look to your LMS team for assistance.
As the problem only appears 9 out of 552 times - with no pattern of Course, time etc. it will be very difficult for me to test the scorm. (attached is a completion report showing the problem)
My LMS team says - "we are only presenting the data sent from the scorms"
The previus attached file is an published output file (zip)
Here I attach the story file from one of the courses.
Hope you will be able to help me how to solve the problem as it really makes the reports least trustworthy.

I am unable to replicate this in SCORM Cloud, as you probably assumed.
Have you tried any of the other tracking options to see if it works best with your LMS, such as Pass/Fail vs Completed/Incomplete?
