I have my course set up to automatically resume where the learner left off. However, it is repeatedly resuming on one particular slide near the beginning of my course. Can this be fixed through storyline or do I have to bring it up with my LMS admin?
A follow up: I just tested my course in the SCROM Cloud and it happened there as well. My course is resuming on a quiz question and I don't see anything out of the ordinary.
Thanks for the update Lindsey! I can see where you submitted your case (#00346903 for my reference) and you should be hearing from someone soon. I'm going to follow along as well. Thanks so much and have a great day!
Hi Lindsey! I was just checking on your case today. I see where Cleo sent you some suggestions on 7/27 and I just wanted to see how things were going for you. Thanks!
Hey Eric - I was able to pop in and see what happened in Lindsey's case mentioned above. Her issue was specific to one slide being problematic, so the advice was to import into a new project to see if the issue was eliminated and if that did not work to delete/re-create her problematic slide.

Are you sending a lot of data to the lMS? Scorm has a limit for the data and strange things like this often happen if the limit is reached.
May be worth opening a case with articulate if it is repeatable on ScormCloud
Hi Lindsey! Phil is correct, and you can submit that case here. Thanks and have a great day!
Thank you Leslie and Phil. I submitted a case as per your suggestions.

I realize this is an old thread, but is there a record of what the fix for this reported issue might have been?
Thx
