create a quiz/test with adding points for each answer

Hello! I must do a test with something like this:

- 1 point for answer "a"

- 1 point for answer "b"

- 1 point for answer "a and b"

I don't know how to do , mainly for answer "a and b" - it does mean - when you click/choose two answer A and B in the same question. How can I do it? I think I must use a multiple choice? 

Please help me!
