Creating custom theme colors

Hi All,

I am going to do loads of screen recordings and did check out this post: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/working-with-theme-colors.aspx

However, I am having a hard time seeing the custom color for the outline of the callout boxes. I have clicked on every theme color and it didn't change. Also, how does one remove the shadow of the text in the custom setting for my theme colors? I really don't want to go through all 50 slides to do this manually. A bit tedious? ....YES...!

but it doesn't give specifics - only for 2 options. I have loads to get through before Wednesday, if anyone can shed some insight on this, it will be awesome.
