When the html content in a web object is larger than the web object itself, your published content will have scroll bars and unnecessary margins. See if this helps...
I meant your .story file, so I could not only publish it to get an idea of what the original issue looks like, but also to be able to try plugging in the suggested code. This stuff is honestly not in my wheelhouse, but I'd start with placing it in the container first, rather than the iframe container.

Would I place that in the container or the container iframe section?
