Debugging and Fault finding

Hi All
I've been experiencing issues with some of my courses hosted on our LMS. Now these have been tested in SCORM Cloud and appear fine. I suspect that once in a while, our LMS decides to take a break and crashes the user's progress. Now, I've found that if I place lmsAPI.ShowDebugWindow(); into a Javascript trigger, I can get a debug log halfway through a course which is great. However, I wondered if there's a way to deliberately crash a Storyline course whilst viewing it? Reason behind this, is that I was trying to see if keyboard clicks would register whilst the course is inoperable, therefore triggering the debug window to capture the log for the IT department.
Any thoughts?

Hi Ian,
I don't know of any way to force Storyline to crash while viewing in the LMS. You could look at disconnecting the internet to see if that'll force the crash? Also, Storyline has an option that you could enable for LMS debug mode. Perhaps that'll help with your information gathering!
