I have encountered a strange occurrence in Storyline.. it may just be solved by one of the tricks of the trade. I have found that I have if I insert cut-outs of photos in a layer or a button above the original - it distorts it a little bit, and lining it up is almost impossible as it is always a little bit out.
if you copy and paste form base layer to layer they should stay in the same place, if not right clcik and choose size and position to get the exact positioning
I will try that, but it almost seems as if the graphics are distorting a little... just wondering if they need to sit on even co-ordinates or some other trick etc?
It was only happening in the preview, it must have just have been at a strange zoom percentage..working fine in the published version. I was just wondering if it had anything to do with PNG 24's.

What Phil mentioned should work every time. I've had no issues with the distortion that you're referencing so I hope Phil's suggestion works for you.
