Does clicking on the menu equate to "learner has viewed"? May 26, 2022 By FA Training A question about Reporting and Tracking: We're considering using a Free menu and under Tracking, using the When learner has viewed 100% of slides option. If a learner simply clicks through the menu (rather than actually going through the slides), would that register as having viewed the slides?
Maria Costa-Stienstra Staff almost 2 years ago05/26/22 at 7:40 pm (UTC) Hi, FA Training. Thank you for reaching out! A slide is considered viewed when the timeline on that slide starts. It doesn't take into account how the user actually interacts with that slide. I hope this helps!
