DPI Settings on Windows 8

I am aware of Storyline's DPI requirements (at 96 DPI) and am trying to figure out how this translates in Windows 8. The new DPI indicators in the display settings have been replaced with the following screen:
So my question is, is the 100% setting the correct one to ensure that objects publish properly in Storyline 2?

You can read over the information for DPI in this article.
Windows 8
Right-click your desktop and select Personalize.
Click Display in the lower left corner of the window that appears.
Select the 100% radio button.
Click Apply.
