Can anyone suggest how I can change the order of list of text items to be dragged and dropped into appropriate areas on a slide. I see there is a "move choice up/down" feature for each "drag" item but it seems to be greyed out. I attached a screen shot.
The move choice up/down is not available in the freeform drag and drop questions. The objects would need to be moved around in the order you would like from the Slide View of the quiz slide.
There is a list of six items sitting on top of each other. I tried using "bring to front" & "move to back" but it didn't seem to make a difference. Any other suggestions?
If you need to change their order on the slide, you can move the in the timeline as well. This will only move them on the slide, and not in the form view drop down of drop items.
I tried switching to a drop down menu question but that doesn't seem to work either. It appears you cannot use the same match for more than one choice. I attached the file. The drag & drop is slide 2.9 and the drop down is slide 2.10.
Within your Drag and drop options, on slide 2.9, you have the checkbox to reveal these one at a time. From there you can click on the ellipse, and rearrange the drag order:
In slide 2.10, you can move the items using the right click, but in that form of question, you need to have a different answer for each choice.
