Has anyone else had this issue? When I duplicate a Slide/Layer, most of the time it works fine. On occasion, I get a duplicate of an entirely different slide/layer than the one I chose.
Is this something I am doing wrong, or is this a glitch?
I had a similar issue. But it was with the undo command. When I would make some changes to a slide like editing some text, and then pressed Ctrl-Z it would suddenly take me to a whole new slide and paste some objects I had copied before. This was also after I had Storyline running for a long time. At first I thought it was my laptop.

Hi John.
Do you have a file that you can consistently reproduce this behavior with?
Justin,
When I start working on my presentation, it will work fine. It seems this only happens after I have had the presentation open for some time.
It has only happened to me twice so far, so it is not a constant problem.
It is on a slide with 29 layers, if that makes a difference.
Hi John.
Feel free to send us your file if you would like us to take a closer look.
