In slide preview there is a menu bar which I find to be extremely distracting as I'm going through the slides and scenes. Is there a way to get rid of this bar and/or make the preview screen larger?
Yes, by adjusting your player settings you can turn the menu completely off, or move it up into the top bar where it turns into an expandable menu option.
I have bad luck with technology =/ Every time I click the player it just comes up an error message. I'll contact customer support but it's good to know what to do once it gets fixed! Thank you

Is there any other way to do it other than clicking on the player options? Each time I click it I get a submit report open up.

Ouch! Yeah... hopefully customer support can assist you with this. Maybe an uninstall/reinstall?
