While not a freelancer, I came across this eLance.com site. After plugging in Articulate Storyline, I see there are a number of folks offering their services.
Does anyone have any experience with this site from a Find Talent or Find Work perspective?
I have hired contractors through this site - mainly Flash developers and graphic artists. They have been based in Europe and Asia. Some have been great and some not so much. Elance does provide a good service and have a good process for handling situations when contractors fail to deliver. They also ensure that contractors get paid what they are owed.

Hi,
I have had a few enquiries, but it does seem very "US-centric" - I have never made it to selection yet.

I tend to use PeoplePerHour.com over here, although their payments are sometimes a little tricky to reconcile...

I agree with Bruce. My experience was also not good with this site. They connect, inquire, asked for prototype and never select.
