I used the following code. The variable names i've adjusty for privacy reasons.:
varplayer=GetPlayer();
varattendee_two=player.GetVar("TextEntry2");
var man_1=player.GetVar("TextEntry3");
varPrep_work=player.GetVar("TextEntry4");
varNext_step=player.GetVar("TextEntry5");
var last_customer=player.GetVar("TextEntry6");
varsubjectLine=encodeURIComponent("Results "+attendee_two+" - Concept");
