I embedded my elearning course (Articulate Storyline) in our organization's website (exported for HTML5 and uploaded files to web server), using an iframe to keep the content with our domain. See here: www.nod.org/accelerator-demo
It loads fine for most users, but have received feedback that while using Safari on a Mac desktop nothing loads. Any insights on why this is happening and/or how to fix it would be appreciated.
Hi, Amber -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! Unfortunately, the link you shared returns a 404 Error, so if you'd like to share your file, please feel free to upload using the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box. And just so you have it for your reference, here is our System Requirements sheet, as well.
Also, to note, the user having issues with the embedded version using Safari on a Mac desktop was able to click on the Having Trouble Loading? link and view the demo a-okay. So, the error is somewhere on my site I believe.
Thanks for sharing an update to the link. I tested it in Chrome and Safari and both loaded normally for me (without needing to click teh "having trouble" link), although I couldn't see the circle icon right away - it seemed just below the horizon line, so I scrolled down slightly and there it was and the course loaded fine. Do you know what versions they were using? I'm on the latest versions of each.

Hi Christie,
Thanks for the reply. Would you mind trying the url again? http://www.nod.org/services/accelerator-demo.html

Here's what she's seeing, there's no circular icon to denote the content is loading at all.
